Nights away notification 外泊届
If you plan to leave TIEC more than 3 nights 4 days, such as temporarily going abroad or domestic trip, submit the nights away notification. Come to the reception of the Administration office and fill the information.
一時帰国や国内旅行などでTIECを3泊4日以上離れる場合は外泊届を提出していただく必要があります。管理センター受付で外泊届に必要事項を記入の上提出していただきます。
